The market brackets the 45 and its siblings as super-light — the class the Phenom 300 was built to contest — though Bombardier itself badged the family as light jets. In the cabin it reads simply as the step up: eight seated in a double club on a flat floor.
How far can a Learjet 45XR fly?
Around 1,800 nautical miles in honest planning — up to two thousand lightly loaded. The Tasman and Melbourne–Perth fly comfortably; Sydney–Perth works eastbound, with the westbound stop stated plainly.
