More than ten years in loyalty programmes and luxury travel meant working with the carriers and partners that define the world's best cabins: Qantas, Virgin Australia, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Singapore Airlines, Airbus, Thompson Aero Seating and American Express.

Those years were spent studying, route by route, what separates a good flight from an unforgettable one — and the lesson was precise.
