These terms set out how you may use this website and the basis on which JETPAX arranges private aviation services as an independent broker.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the JETPAX website. By using the site you agree to them. They also explain the basis on which JETPAX provides its services. They are not the contract for any specific flight — that is set out separately when a booking is confirmed.
Our role as a broker
JETPAX is an air charter broker, not a direct or indirect air carrier, and does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by certificated air carriers (FAR Part 135 or their foreign equivalent), each of which maintains full operational control of its aircraft. JETPAX arranges and coordinates flights between you and those operators.
Information on this site
Aircraft, destinations, routes, flight times, availability and pricing shown on this site are indicative and provided for general guidance. They are subject to confirmation, operator availability and operating conditions, and do not constitute an offer. Empty-leg listings in particular can change or be withdrawn at short notice, as they depend on an underlying charter.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only once it is confirmed in writing and any required payment terms are met. Quotes are valid for the period stated and remain subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — including not attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content.
Intellectual property
The JETPAX name, logo, site content, imagery and design are owned by or licensed to JETPAX and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, JETPAX is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on indicative information published on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting JETPAX entity is established, to be confirmed on finalisation.
