JETPAX owns no aircraft, and that is deliberate. An operator can only sell you its own fleet; a broker compares the entire market and negotiates on your side of the table. The aircraft is matched to the mission — never the other way around — and when weather or a mechanical issue intervenes, we re-source the flight across the network rather than leaving you to begin again.
JETPAX was founded in 2018 by Zac George after more than ten years in loyalty programmes and luxury travel — working with Qantas, Virgin Australia, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Singapore Airlines, Airbus, Thompson Aero Seating and American Express. The standards behind the world's best premium cabins are the standards applied to yours.
Every enquiry is answered within the hour, around the clock, by the advisor who will hold your journey from request to arrival — not a queue, not a call centre. Quotes are firm and all-inclusive: the figure you accept is the figure you pay, with the tax treatment stated plainly.
Headquartered in Brisbane with a base in Dubai, JETPAX arranges charter wherever the journey leads — and works both ends of the corridor between its two homes. Membership of the NBAA, MEBAA, EBAA and ABAA keeps the brokerage inside the industry's standards bodies on three continents.
Privacy is the premise, not a feature. Who you are, where you fly and who you fly with remain entirely your own; your details are never shared, and aircraft can be arranged with confidentiality provisions where the journey calls for them.
Safety
We are a broker, not an operator — and that independence is the foundation of how we protect you. Every flight is operated by a fully certificated air carrier, selected and vetted for the journey.
Every charter is operated by an FAR Part 135 — or foreign-equivalent — certificated air carrier that retains full operational control of the aircraft and crew.
We review each operator's certification, insurance, maintenance record and crew currency before a flight is confirmed — and decline anything that falls short.
We give preference to operators independently audited to recognised safety programmes such as ARGUS, Wyvern and IS-BAO.
JETPAX holds membership of the NBAA, MEBAA, EBAA and ABAA — bodies that set the standard for business aviation worldwide.
